Multi-level residential build cuts onsite time with pre-assembled floor joist cassettes installation.
Installation of SPEEDFLOOR® Steel Joist cassettes for this multi-level residential block of six homes reduced onsite time of building floor joists the traditional way. The pre-punched service holes allowed for electrical and plumbing to start straight after the Steel Joists were in place.
Production and assembly of the Steel Joists were not weather dependent and were carried out while the walls went up, reducing time spent onsite and delays. The Steel Joists were manufactured and assembled in our Auckland factory and transported to site for placement into the primary structure. All this translated to more efficiency and faster completion of the project.
