With full-scale structural and fire testing complete, the first Speedfloor suspended concrete floor is installed in a new project in downtown Auckland.

Speedfloor is acquired from the Sullivan Haddon Group. Franchised and installers are established throughout New Zealand.

Speedfloor Australia begins manufacturing from a new plant in Melbourne.

The first Speedfloor franchise arrives in the USA. The Speedfloor Suspended Concrete Floor system is now being used in Ireland, Canada, USA Mainland, Hawaii, Tahiti and Samoa.

Howick Ltd becomes a shareholder and the Speedfloor Steel Joist system and Transportable Concrete Floor join the range.

India’s Jindal Power and Steel are appointed the exclusive supplier of Speedfloor products in India.
