Suspended Concrete Flooring was ideal for the construction of nine terraced apartments as part of the desired Hobsonville Point development.
Hobsonville Point, a community North West of Auckland, recently underwent a major development featuring the construction of 4,500 new space-efficient “walk-up” apartments. As part of the development, GJ Gardner Homes built nine terraced apartments along the main street into Hobsonville that feature SPEEDFLOOR® Suspended Concrete Flooring.
These three-level terraced houses demonstrated SPEEDFLOOR®’s ability to span from one precast wall to another. The structure was simple and effective and with no propping, work on installing services could begin almost immediately after the concrete was poured.
