Strut

RFS_Strut

Our 41mm RFS Strut is made here in New Zealand to give you fast supply and cut to length delivery.

Why installers rate it

We roll in multiple heights, thicknesses, and finishes for light, medium, and heavy duty mechanical support.  Simply give us the cut list of parts, and we can cut and deliver the exact lengths you require to site in just days.  No more cutting onsite, re-galvanising,  waiting for a container from an overseas shipment or storage costs. We can even bundle mixed lengths, so you don’t need to hunt through your order for what you need.

Use it for

Cable containment (tray/ladder), pipe support and bracketing, trapeze and cantilever frames, lighting rigs, and general mechanical framing in corridors, plant rooms, and risers.

Back to Back Strut

RFS_Back_to_Back_Strut

RFS Back to Back Struts do double duty to accommodate more cabling and piping by being double-sided.

Why installers rate it

Like our RFS Struts, our Back to Back Struts can be cut to length to suit your exact requirements and delivered for fast, easy assembly. Made in New Zealand from 2.45mm pre-galvanised steel, the 41mm wide channel struts are riveted together in the light gauge steel process. That means no welding or re-galvanising, and a process that takes days not weeks, saving time and money.

Use it for

Heavy mechanical support, service corridors, plant rooms, or anywhere you need to allow for more cabling or piping and require extra capacity and strength.

Bird Proof Purlins

Birdproof_purlins

Open purlins can turn into nesting spots, leading to mess and extra maintenance.

Why clients rate it

Our NZ-made Bird Proof Purlins use a Z450 galvanised steel profile and an enclosed box section design. Each purlin sits neatly between rafters and with no lips or channels to perch on it effectively keeps birds out and your roof space clean.

No capping or plating is required and purlins can be cut to length, up to 10m, for faster installation. We even have powder coated options available.

Use it for

Farm sheds, cool stores, warehouses, food grade buildings, and commercial roofs that need to stay clean, hygienic, and low maintenance.

Steel Joist System

Multi-level-Residential-Steel-Joist-Installation

An engineered solution for long spans, including up to 6.5m in residential flooring, and with the flexibility to suit most types of construction.

Why installers and clients rate it

Designed and manufactured in New Zealand, SPEEDFLOOR® floor systems are lighter and faster to install than traditional timber joists or concrete slabs.

The system uses light gauge steel joists manufactured from a high strength, pre-galvanised steel coil, and C sections with fold-out ‘tab’ connectors for fast and accurate joining.  Joists can also be pre-punched for services, assembled onsite or delivered as pre-assembled cassettes.

Use it for

Mid-floors, mezzanines, or subfloors that demand reliable spans and clean service access. Ideal for multilevel residential, mezzanine, and industrial floors where strength, speed, and accuracy matter.
