Manukau Institute of Technology Carpark
With parking at a premium in and around the Manukau Institute of Technology the board decided that a progressively built carpark was the only answer. They commissioned a two level carpark that could be built progressively level by level. The structural steel and Speedfloor carpark was deemed the most cost competitive structure and the carpark was erected during the summer semesters, one level each year to limit the disruption to students.
