Metropolitan Rentals

Metropolitan Rentals is a freestanding carpark on a busy road in Auckland.  The style and road appeal were important components of the final architectural design. Concrete and steel were used to create a modern functinal carpark building.

Commerce St Carpark

The lightweight nature of the Speedfloor system combined with structural steel resulted in minimal foundations and a 16 week building program for this 10 storey Carpark.

The full 10 story's had to be erected with the Speedfloor  concrete floors in place before the canterlevered steel trusses supporting the ramp structure could be attached and loaded with the Speedfloor joists to construct the ramp.
