With full-scale structural and fire testing complete, the first SPEEDFLOOR® suspended concrete floor is installed in a new project in downtown Auckland.

SPEEDFLOOR® is acquired from the Sullivan Haddon Group. Franchised and installers are established throughout New Zealand.

SPEEDFLOOR® Australia begins manufacturing from a new plant in Melbourne.

The first SPEEDFLOOR® franchise arrives in the USA. The SPEEDFLOOR® Suspended Concrete Floor system is now being used in Ireland, Canada, USA Mainland, Hawaii, Tahiti and Samoa.

Howick Ltd becomes a shareholder and the SPEEDFLOOR® Steel Joist system and Transportable Concrete Floor join the range.

India’s Jindal Power and Steel are appointed the exclusive supplier of SPEEDFLOOR® products in India.
